This introductory class will cover the basics of breathing techniques combined with meditation to help you find calm in your busy schedule. Each week we will explore a different form of meditation:

- Meditation on Twin Hearts
- Guided Visualization
- Silent Walking Meditation of the Labyrinth

In this Class, you will discover your energy centres - or chakras - and how they affect us on a physical level. Learn how you can assist in the healing of physical ailments by working with your chakras. Each week we will focus on a different chakra, using sound and gentle movement to prepare us for guided meditations.
