A Closer Look At Chakras ($240 plus tax)

The introductory class of this 8-week course will provide you with insight to the seven layers of your aura, an overview of the seven major chakras, the body parts connected to each chakra, and signs of dysfunction of your chakras.

In each subsequent class we will take a "closer look" at the seven major chakras through learning the correspondences of the chakras to essential oils, colours, gemstones, etc. and through physical exercises combined with music to activate the chakras. The highlight of each class is the group meditation focusing on the age of resonance of the chakra of the week.
